Your order is considered placed when we have received your deposit, and all artwork has been approved.

To schedule your project, 50% is due up front, with the balance due at pick up. If your order invoice is less than $1,000.00, 100% is due before we schedule your order. We accept, cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Our minimum order qty is 48, this can a mix of items, so long as they are all able to be printed exactly the same. For example: You could order 24 black tee shirts, and 24 black sweatshirts and that would satisfy the 48 piece minimum.

Depending on your order qty, we can print up to 14 spot colors.

On orders over 72 pieces, we can do an “ink change” for a fee of $25 per color.

We strive to produce your order as fast as possible, our typical turn times can vary from 2 weeks, to 4 weeks, depending on the order size, complexity, and time of year. Custom finishes such as custom relabel, folding and bagging, etc. can add to the turn time. Please note if your order is shipping, that shipping time is not included in turn time. Feel free to inquire anytime about current turn times.

If your order is for an event or has a hard deadline, let us know in advance and we will let you know if we can make it happen. If we accept the order in full knowledge of the deadline, we will absolutely make it happen.

We do not have screen fees or set up fees for screen printing, our process allows us to reclaim and re-use screens many times over. For embroidery, if your design is not already in a DST format, there will be a Digitizing fee of $35 for all typical sized logos. Extra-large or full back logos the Digitizing fee will be custom quoted.

We utilize an order management system with multiple approval points to make sure your order is perfect, but if you think there is an issue, let us know within 48 hours. If a reprint is needed, once the order is returned, we will reproduce it ASAP. We do not offer refunds.

If you have your artwork in a vector format (.ai, .eps, etc.) that is perfect, send it over and we can create a mock-up for you. If you do not have your design in the correct format and need it re-drawn we charge a $40 vector re-draw fee.

All mock ups must be approved in writing or via email. Artwork must be approved before your order can be scheduled. We offer 2 free revisions when creating your mock up with your artwork, after that we charge $50 an hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments.

We sure can inquire with our account managers for current pricing on custom finishes. We offer many “retail-ready” variations, including “fold only”, “fold and polybag”, “fold and roll”, etc. Please note that custom finishes will add to the turn time.

Once an order is scheduled it cannot be canceled. Our process begins as soon as art is approved and payment is collected, which means garments are ordered, screens are produced, and depending on the current lead times, sometimes an order can begin printing in as little as a few days.

We typically do not print on customer supplied garments. We have access to every popular style, and brand on the market and our buying power ensure we will get the best pricing possible on the garment of your choice.

In short, no. We utilize very specific and realistic mock-up systems, and due to the cost and time to set up a job, producing a physical sample for approval is not something that we can accommodate.

If an order is shipping, all orders are shipped UPS ground, unless other arrangements are made, please take the shipping time into consideration as they are not included in turn times.

We love to share our work occasionally on our social media platforms. We understand that sometimes an order may be a surprise, or be for a special release if you would like us to not post a photo of your order, please let us know in advance and we will be sure not to ruin your surprise.

While it is rare, sometimes mistakes happen in the printing process, or sometimes a garment might not pass QC because of a manufacturing defect like a hole. Due to this reality, the screen printing industry has a 3% spoilage rate. (our actual spoilage rate is lower then that 🙂  But if you need an exact amount of shirts per size, it may be a good idea to include extras in your order.
